General Instructions for Listing Properties on this Website
New Users 

You must first sign up, by clicking

"Owner Signup"

 

 

 

The Owner Signup Screen

This is where you put information about yourself.

Do not put information about your property.

If you like, you can even add a picture of yourself.

 

 

 

 

 

After you click "Submit", you should close the top Window in your Browser.

To add your property listing, click on "Owner Login" 
Owner Administration Screen

Click on "Add Listing" for a new Listing.

If you got this screen instead of the Administration Screen, you need to sign in with your ID and Password.
Entering Text Information about the property.

 

Enter the appropriate information about your property.  Fields with an asterisk are mandatory.

After the Listing is created, click on "Submit" and then click on "You may now edit your listing" and then "Edit Images" to add photographs.  
Uploading Pictures

You can upload up to 7 pictures. 

You can add Captions and Descriptions about each picture.

When finished, click on "Update".   You're done!

You can Log Off and click on "Home" and then "View all Listings".  Your listing will be the last entry (on the last page).
